Who Are Our Providers?
Our providers are experienced, passionate individuals dedicated to fostering a safe and nurturing environment for children. Each provider meets rigorous standards to ensure your child’s well-being and development.
Key qualifications of our providers include:
- Experienced and Compassionate: Providers with a strong background in child care and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Safe and Spacious Learning Environments: Providers maintain a dedicated, spacious area where children can learn, grow, and engage while respecting physical distancing guidelines.
- Thorough Background Checks: All providers and their household members aged 19 and older undergo a comprehensive Police Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Certified in First Aid and CPR: Each provider holds a valid First Aid and Level C CPR certification, ensuring prompt and professional care in emergencies.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Providers complete a health assessment, medical clearance, immunization records, and a TB test to ensure they meet the highest health standards.
- Rigorous Approval Process: All providers go through our thorough 5-step vetting process, ensuring they meet our agency’s high standards for safety, reliability, and quality care.

- Providers and Agency are required to meet all Child Care and Early Years Act and additional policies and procedures
- Home Child Care Consultant conducts regular visits to ensure and support Providers with Regulations, Policies and Procedures
- Toy and Equipment Lending Library; Providers have access to age and developmentally appropriate materials for children in their care
- Healthy and nutritional homemade hot lunch and two snacks that meet Canada’s Food Guide can be adjusted to children’s individual dietary requirements
- Daily activities are planned and flexible to the needs of the children and follow the Ministry of Education’s “How Does Learning Happen”
- Parents get to choose which Providers will provide care for their child
- Connecting to the Community through programs such as EarlyON, local library and community centre
