Are you licensed by the Ministry of Education?
Yes, we are fully licensed by the Ministry of Education and regularly inspected by our designated program advisor to ensure compliance and quality care.
What are your rates?
Child care fees vary based on your child’s age and location. You can find our current rates here: Child care daily rates
How will I be billed for my child care?
Payments can be made through pre-authorized bank transfer or credit card. Fees are collected on the first of each month. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Are you enrolled in CWELCC program?
Yes, we are enrolled in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care program (CWELCC).
As of January 2025, fees for children under six are capped at $22 per day.
Do you accept child care subsidy?
Child care subsidy is only available in Durham and York Region for families enrolled in licensed home child care through our agency. For eligibility criteria and application details, please contact your local municipality.
